Deleting your data

Email us from the address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”, and tell us:

• The name on your account
• How you sign in (Google, Facebook, Apple, a mobile number or email)
• If you sign in with a mobile number, that number

If you cannot write from your account's email, we will confirm another way that the account is yours before deleting anything. This stops anyone else deleting your information.

You can also remove our app's access from Facebook itself:

• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites
• Find “Nurul Qalam Academy” and choose Remove

This stops Facebook sharing your information with us, but does not delete the account we hold. To delete that, email us as above.

• Your account and everything on your profile
• Your sign-in links (Google, Facebook, Apple, mobile number or email)
• Saved courses, free trial requests and receipts you sent us

We keep only the payment records the law requires us to keep, and use them for nothing else.

The copy of the ruqyah appointment form kept in your browser is not something we can delete; you remove it yourself: press the form's “Clear form” button, or clear this site's data in your browser's settings. Deleting your account does not remove that copy from the device by itself. To delete a draft or sent request held on our server, email us as above; for a request sent while signed out, give the case ID and the number you gave, and we will contact that number to confirm before deleting anything.

We will complete your request within 30 days and email you when it is done. Once deleted, an account cannot be brought back. If you want to join again later, you will need to register afresh.
