By using this website, opening an account or enrolling in a course, you accept these terms. For a student under 18, a guardian accepts them on the student's behalf.

Use the course descriptions to choose a suitable learning path. Before enrolling, confirm the current fee, teacher, class times, curriculum and applicable features with the academy.

Completing a free trial request or an enrolment form does not confirm a booking. Times are arranged between the teacher and student. If a course includes recordings, this will be stated on its course page.

• Give accurate information about yourself, and keep your profile up to date
• Do not share your sign-in details. You are responsible for what happens on your account
• Do not use someone else's account, or open one in someone else's name

The academy may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is misused.

Course fees can be paid online on the website (through SSLCommerz) or by a manual method the academy provides. The price shown when you place an order is the price that applies.

A manual payment is confirmed only once the academy has checked it. Send money only by a payment method the academy has given you.

The rules on payment, cancellation, make-up classes and refunds are set out in our payment and refund policy. Please read it before you pay.

Treat teachers, students and guardians with respect. Do not record, share or publish classes without the academy's permission.

The content of the website and classes belongs to the academy. You may use it for your own learning, but you may not copy, sell or republish it without permission.

Progress depends on prior knowledge, attendance and practice. Educational content is not a personal religious fatwa or medical advice.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email account holders.
