Fiqh

The rulings of worship and daily life

Fiqh is knowledge of practical rulings derived from the detailed evidences of the Shari‘ah. The correct manner of prayer, fasting, purification, zakat, transactions and family matters is known through it.

Qur’an

Why should not a party from every group among them go forth to gain understanding of the religion and warn their people when they return to them?
— Surah At-Tawbah, 9:122
Hadith

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

Whoever Allah intends good for, He grants him understanding of the religion.
— Sahih al-Bukhari: 71; Sahih Muslim: 1037
